Pregnancy & Post natal Massage
A nurturing massage to help soothe away any dull aches, relax the mind & improve the elasticity of the skin.
A semi full body massage, generally concentrating on the back, hips, swollen ankles & tummy.
I understand not all expecting mums may want their tummy massaged, in this case I always offer a little product for you to apply yourself at the end of the treatment, we wouldn't want baby to miss out!
Oils & balms are all safe for pregnancy over the first trimester & breastfeeding mums.

Detoxifying Back Mud Mask
Beginning with a magnesium exfoliation to remove any dead skin cells from the back.
A detoxifying mud mask will then be applied to the back to help draw out any impurities promoting even clear skin.

This involves the use of a wireless air compression machine. The machine will stimulate reflex pressure points on the hand, while I work on the feet! (No extra time needed).

I went on to achieve a lead role as a senior therapist, I am now a freelance therapist offering treatments for you to relax in your own home or workspace.
